Beautiful custom home with contemporary beach-style decorations. This house is perfect for a big group of family or friends getaway. It has amazing views of the ocean and it is only 5 – 8 minutes/200 meters walking distance from the beach. You just cross the street and walk down a path to the beach (Note: there is a sand dune which is a little steep so it is not easy access for elderly people or very young kids) We provide a beach dolly for your picnics at the beach, it is pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry best friends along. It sleeps 16 people comfortably; all the beds have memory foam mattresses and we provide all the linens and towels for your stay.
It has plenty of parking space for your Razr’s/Side-by-Sides, RV’s, and sand toys.
Large spacious patio with a beautiful private pool to enjoy the views. The house also has two barbecue areas, one on the lower patio by the pool and one on the upper terrace so you can enjoy a nice meal while watching the sunset.

Please note the Strict refund policies on the booking portals when booking. The home can easily accommodate and sleep up to 16 people. Just plan on the $400 refundable security deposit.
