A few details for planning.
The private pool is unheated. In January and February, when the water is usually too cool for swimming, we may drain it for maintenance. Please confirm pool availability before booking winter dates, if this is an important amenity for you. Casa Gio does not have a hot tub.
The beach is about 200 meters away via the neighborhood path. The final approach crosses a relatively steep sand dune that may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
The maximum occupancy is 16 people, including visitors. Pets require advance approval and an additional fee. Check the live booking page for current terms.
Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for days by the water. A beach dolly is available to help carry your gear along the neighborhood path.
